Breakthrough BC was founded by Steven Gabris, a transformation and delivery leader with over 15 years’ experience across financial services, government, consulting, and regulated fintech environments.
Steven has led complex program stabilisation initiatives, implemented scaled delivery frameworks, and established governance structures within tier-one banking institutions and high-growth fintech organisations. His work has included regulatory remediation programs, portfolio modernisation, AI-enabled reporting integration, and operating model transformation.
Alongside enterprise engagements, Steven serves at board level within community and not-for-profit organisations—bringing structured governance, strategy facilitation, and funding discipline to mission-driven environments.
